Both buy-side and sell-side professionals use this on-line tool to drastically reduce the time it takes to analyze an investment or financing opportunity and model related exit scenarios. The system produces a huge variety of tabular and graphical outputs that explain the precise impact of valuation and deal terms on investment returns, and assist in compliance with FAS 157 reporting requirements.
All subscriptions to the Portfolio Company Analysis Tool include access to the Valuation and Deal Term Database.
How Our Billing Works
All of our web-based applications are provided on a monthly subscription basis. Your credit card will be charged $195.00 at the time of purchase. Every 30 days thereafter we examine the number of companies you have created during the month and charge your card per the rates below. You may request a cancellation at any time. We do not offer pro-rated rebates if you cancel during the middle of a 30-day period, but you will be able to access the system until the full month has expired.
The Portfolio Company Analysis Tool billing is based on the number of portfolio companies you create and manage with the tool.
